Production Process
Implement production control plans for each production process. Use five core tools of TS 16949 to enhance the manufacturing control. The five core tools include: 1. Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) 2. Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)3. Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)4. Statistical Process Control (SPC) 5. Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA).
01. Incoming Inspection
For key parts, we will design inspection tools during the mold opening
stage to simplify, precise, and standardize the inspection of incoming
materials. We also have an image measuring instrument that can
visually identify possible deviations in the measurement results.

02. Production Management
The manufacturing workshop has a complete inspection process from top
to bottom. Corresponding inspection tools are produced for key incoming
materials to ensure quality control at the source.

03. Assembly Line Production
Our production workshop combines assembly line operations with
fixed operations, with sub-assembly first and then final assembly,
subject to manual operation.

04. PLC Test Bench
We use CNC testing equipment with built-in intelligent debugging PLC
coding, and cooperate with hardware equipment such as cylinders and
electric cylinders to conduct automated product testing. If there are any
problems, we will directly call the police.

05. Product Storage
Every finished product off the production line will go through a
simulated opening and closing test bench to strictly test the
performance of the product.

06. Shipped From Factory
The mature ERP management system allows us to take up to 2 days from
order response to delivery.
